Product Introduction:
1. This machine adopts a human-machine interface to control all working procedures. It automatically loads the blanks, blows the bottles, and discharges the bottles. All the actuating cylinders are equipped with magnetic induction switches, and the PLC controls the entire program to test each actuating cylinder. When the stroke is completed, the next action will be carried out. If the stroke is not completed, it will automatically protect the next action from working and give an alarm. The PLC displays the fault location.
2. The machine operates quickly, with precise positioning and smooth movements.
3. According to the model requirements, a cross double-arm pressure locking mold is adopted, with strong locking force. The stroke of the mold opening can be adjusted according to the size of the product, reducing the mold opening and closing time.
4. The far-infrared heating tube heats evenly, with strong penetration power. The bottle blank rotates freely during heating, and the temperature of each group of heating is controlled independently by PLC or electronic pressure regulator.
5. It has a unique oven design. During heating, the bottle blanks are closely spaced. During bottle blowing, the spacing is changed according to the size of the bottle to shorten the drying path and reduce energy consumption.
6. The air path design is divided into three parts: micro-blowing, high-pressure blowing, and low-pressure action, meeting the air source requirements for blowing different products.
VII. Special high-pressure air recovery device: The high-pressure exhaust gas from bottle blowing is recovered and utilized, thereby reducing energy consumption.
VIII. The operation mode is divided into manual and fully automatic programs. The manual mode is used for installation and debugging, while the fully automatic mode is used for normal production.
IX. The production process is fully automated, resulting in high-quality products. The bottle bodies are not contaminated. It has the advantages of low investment, high efficiency, convenient and safe operation, and simple maintenance.
