Working principle: from preform to finished bottle
It usually adopts a "two-step" process: first, tubular preforms (blanks) are produced on professional injection molding machines, and then the final blow molding is completed by semi-automatic blow molding machines.
1. Manual feeding and heating: The operator manually places the preforms one by one into the fixed positions of the machine, and the preforms are then sent into the oven. The main part of it will be uniformly heated and softened by infrared rays and other means, while the bottle mouth part needs to be kept cooled to maintain its shape.
2. Automatic transfer and blow molding: The heated preforms are automatically transferred to the blow molding mold. After the mold closes automatically, the machine will immediately introduce high-pressure gas into the preform, making it closely adhere to the inner wall of the mold and expand to form the designed bottle shape.
3. Cooling and demolding: After the bottles are formed, they are cooled and set. The mold automatically opens, and the finished bottles either fall off automatically or are removed by a simple device.
