The drag-type winding machine is a packaging machinery that controls the winding film pulling speed by adjusting the friction damping of the drag-retraction mechanism. It belongs to the drag-retraction type models under the classification of winding packaging equipment.
This equipment reduces costs through the structural design of arranging the motor and control box on the outside of the column. It makes the passive pulling speed of the film slower than the rotation speed of the palletized goods, and is suitable for various film materials.
It is equipped with a pre-stretching device to achieve a stretching ratio of 250%.
It is suitable for packaging bulk goods and has functions such as dust and moisture prevention, enhanced transportation stability, and reduced labor intensity. It can realize efficient and low-consumption winding operations.
The control system is equipped with PLC programmable modules and a button panel, offering manual/automatic winding modes and 10 preset programs. It also supports height detection by photoelectric switches. This model is widely used in food cold storage, chemical raw materials, electronic appliances and building materials industries. Through optimized structural design, it reduces surface scratches of packaging materials and significantly improves the overall packaging firmness.
