Introduction to Non-woven Plastic PP Bag Making Machine
A Non-woven Bag Making Machine is an integrated automatic system that transforms roll-fed non-woven fabric into finished flat or gusseted bags in one continuous operation. It is a core piece of equipment in the packaging industry for producing environmentally friendly reusable bags.

Standard Workflow:
1. Unwinding & Tension Control: The fabric roll is mounted and fed into the machine with controlled tension.
2. Printing Unit (Optional): A flexographic printing unit can be integrated for one or multiple-color logos/patterns.
3. Folding & Alignment: The fabric is precisely folded to form the bag's structure.
4. Handle Processing (If applicable): For T-shirt bags, handle strips are welded on. For other types, die-cutting or hole-punching units create handle areas.
5. Side Sealing: The side(s) of the bag are heat-sealed using ultrasonic or thermal welding technology.
6. Bottom Sealing & Cutting: The bottom is sealed, and the continuous tube is cut into individual bags.
7. Counting & Stacking: Finished bags are automatically counted and stacked for packaging.
