The BCJ-Z5F High-Precision Six-Bucket Weighing Scale is a professional weighing solution for granular materials (100g-5000g), designed for integration into automatic packaging lines. Its PLC+instrument dual control system and six-bucket cycle operation ensure high accuracy and efficiency.


It consists of a storage bin, feeding device, load sensor, six weighing buckets, and an opening mechanism. The six buckets work in cycles, enabling continuous weighing and feeding—significantly improving production efficiency.
Widely used in food, chemical, agricultural, and pharmaceutical industries, it is ideal for weighing seeds, grains, sugar, chemical granules, and pharmaceutical ingredients. It integrates seamlessly with packaging machines for a complete production line.

Core parts in contact with materials are 304 mirror-finish stainless steel, complying with food and pharmaceutical hygiene standards. The IP54 dust and water resistance rating makes it suitable for harsh workshop conditions.
The 10-inch Chinese/English touch screen allows easy weight setting, data retrieval, and parameter adjustment. It supports password protection for internal settings, preventing unauthorized modifications.
Non-vacuum packaging speed reaches 30-40 packs/min, vacuum packaging 15-20 packs/min. The weighing range of 100g-5000g meets most industrial needs, with adjustable parameters for different materials.

Working principle

It can work independently for weighing-only tasks or integrate with packaging machines (e.g., VFS-740) for a complete weighing-packaging line. We provide custom integration solutions based on customer needs.
