Claw head
Using the cover cylinder, the cover feed cylinder and the cover check photoelectric realize the transmission of a single cover. After photoelectric detection of the cap on the cover plate, the cap cylinder extends out to block the second cap, and the cap cylinder extends the cover plate to send the cap to the bottom of the capping claw head to complete the cap removal action. The use of the cap cylinder can prevent the cap from slipping off the cap groove when the cap cylinder is fed.
Vibrating disc
The vibratory bowl is designed for sorting and feeding bottle caps automatically. It can be customized according to your bottle caps.
Electrical box
Delta PLC control system, more stable performance. The chassis adopts 304 SS overall sealing structure to effectively prevent dust and water from entering.
