It retains the core working principle of horizontal pouch positioning—ensuring flat packages for bar-shaped or strip-shaped products—with integrated Busch vacuum pumps, Siemens PLC controls, and Festo pneumatic valves for consistent performance. The workflow includes thermoforming bottom film, product loading, top film sealing, cross cutting, and rotary cutting, all controlled by intelligent systems.

Suitable Materials & Product Types

Compatible with film materials such as PA+PE, PET+PE, PVC+PE, and XPP, the machine handles soft films (20–240 microns) and rigid films (≥240 microns), including multi-layer and barrier films. It serves food industries (cheese, frozen food, fruits, herbs, kimchi, meat) and non-food sectors (pharmaceutical devices, syringe needles, electronic parts), with a maximum bag size of 395*422mm.
